Preparation in 6 simple steps
step 1: Put a deep frying-pan onto high fire.
step 2: Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put them into the pan.
step 3: Put also into the pan the olive oil, the garlic, the chili paste and the pepper.
step 4: Fry to high temperature and stir continually till the chicken gets a golden brown color.
step 5: Add the lemon, the honey and the rest of the ingredients and add a little bit of water.
step 6: Boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes in high temperature. Turn off the fire and leave the cooked food in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the chicken with plain basmati rice.
