On this page, I present my city: ATHENS.
Athens is considered the cradle of western civilization, so I suppose it deserves a separate page from the rest of Greece. Furthermore, I live here, so I have the “luxury” of knowing the city well and presenting aspects and places not widely known.
To be more precise, it is not only Athens presented here but the whole prefecture of Attica. In this way, I try to include as many daily (short) excursions within an hour's drive from Athens. All these day-trip destinations are inside the limits of the prefecture.
