Tagliatelle with chicken, mushrooms, turmeric & sweet mustard

For this plate, you will need:
A. Basic Ingredients
❤ Chicken fillets
❤ Enokitake-like mushrooms (or any other thin & long mushroom variety)
❤ Turmeric powder
B. Other ingredients (for that extra fine flavor, according to your taste)
❤ Mustard with honey (or any sweet mustard)
❤ Black ground pepper
❤ Sweet chili sauce
❤ Balsamic vinegar (preferably with a fruity taste - I used mango-flavored balsamic)
❤ Parsley (chopped)
❤ Cream cheese
❤ Dry cranberries
❤ Cashew nuts (natural)
👍 Put the tagliatelle into a big pot with lots of boiling water and boil them according to the box's instructions. When ready, drain them.
👍 Cut the chicken into small pieces. Put it in a pot with some olive oil and fry it to a high temperature until it gets that delicious golden-brown color.
👍 Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and put them into the pot. Turn the temperature of the pot down to a low-medium level. Keep this temperature till the end of the cooking.
👍 And some turmeric and stir the mixture for a minute or so.
👍 Put the rest of the ingredients into the pot except the cream cheese.
👍 Add the drained pasta into the pot, and with a wooden spoon, stir till the sauce covers the pasta evenly.
👍 Turn off the cooker and add the cream cheese. Stir a bit more and serve your super yummy pasta!
